fetch_customer_reviews

Public reviews of the brand, positive or negative.

Read only Scope: read Pro and Scale plans Credits: Free*

What it does

Search public customer reviews about the brand (Trustpilot, Judge.me, Google Reviews, etc.) via web_search with targeted queries. Use rating_filter="positive" for 4-5 star reviews (what customers love) or "negative" for 1-3 star reviews (objections, gaps — the best angles for creatives). Requires brand_name in the business profile. Cache 2 days.

Parameters

  • brand_name string optional

    Brand name. Defaults to business_profile.brand_name if omitted.

  • rating_filter string optional

    "positive" = 4-5 stars, "negative" = 1-3 stars, "all" = everything. Default "all".

    One of positive, negative, all

  • force_refresh boolean optional
  • ad_account_id string optional

    Meta ad account id (act_…), from list_ad_accounts

    Matches ^(act_)?\d{1,32}$

Example

Your assistant calls it for you when you ask in your own words. What it sends (MCP tools/call, JSON-RPC 2.0):

tools/call
{
  "jsonrpc": "2.0",
  "id": 1,
  "method": "tools/call",
  "params": {
    "name": "fetch_customer_reviews",
    "arguments": {
      "brand_name": "Nordlicht | Spring launch",
      "rating_filter": "positive"
    }
  }
}

The same call over HTTP with an API key, for an MCP client of your own (an assistant that signs in sends its OAuth token instead):

curl
curl -X POST https://app.apogee.ad/mcp \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $APOGEE_API_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -H "Accept: application/json, text/event-stream" \
  -d '{"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":1,"method":"tools/call","params":{"name":"fetch_customer_reviews","arguments":{"brand_name":"Nordlicht | Spring launch","rating_filter":"positive"}}}'
