AI comment analysis: objections, hooks and UGC briefs

Your ad comments turned into strategic material.

Starter plan and above Reviewed on 26 August 2026

Your ad comments hold what no dashboard shows: the exact words your customers use, and the exact reasons they are not buying.

Collection

Every Facebook and Instagram comment is synced, with live progress, over 30 or 90 days.

Two views coexist. A paginated feed of all comments. And a per-ad view in three columns, ad list, comments, creative preview, with sorting by spend or by comment count. Alongside them sit unanswered-comment counters, replied markers, platform badges, copy all and CSV export.

What the analysis produces

The analysis runs per ad or across the whole account, and returns:

  • a summary of what is being said
  • the audience’s awareness stage, backed by a quote
  • a sentiment breakdown
  • the objections, each with its category, frequency, a verbatim quote, a suggested ad angle and a reply template
  • ready-to-use hooks, sourced from real comments
  • the customer vocabulary, as actually used
  • a winning angle with an ad concept
  • a UGC brief with creator persona, opening line and the objection to address

Why this is strategy, not moderation

An objection that comes back thirty times is not a customer service problem, it is a broken promise in the creative or on the page. The UGC brief at the end of the chain exists for that: turning what people object to into what the next video must say in its first second.

What this does not solve

The analysis reads what was written. An ad with no comments produces no material, and an audience that rarely comments does not become talkative because you analyzed it.

The objections surfaced reflect the people who bothered to write, not your buyers as a whole. It is dense qualitative signal, not a representative sample.

Comment analysis is included from the Starter plan.

Frequently asked questions

Questions fréquentes

How many comments does it take for the analysis to mean something?

No threshold is displayed, but the logic is that of any sample: an objection seen three times out of five comments says nothing, the same one seen thirty times out of three hundred says something. The frequency reported per objection exists exactly to make that call.

Can I get the comments out of the tool?

Yes, by copying them all or exporting a CSV.

Does it reply to comments for me?

No. It proposes a reply template per objection, which you use or not. Unanswered-comment counters and replied markers tell you where work remains.
