When Rapid Ads is the better choice
- If you launch alone on Meta and price decides: Rapid Launch costs $39 a month, unlimited uploads and ad accounts, Advantage+ switched off included. With Apogee, the Advantage+ controls need the Pro plan, at $109 per seat.
- If several people launch under the same subscription: an extra member costs $29 a month with Rapid Ads, an Apogee seat at least $75. For three people, that is $97 against $225 a month.
- If you relaunch existing posts by their Post ID to keep likes and comments, or build Flexible ads: Rapid Ads publishes both, Apogee does not advertise either.
- If you want the option to change your mind after paying: Rapid Ads' terms of service provide a full refund within 14 days, while Apogee does not refund a period already started.
What this comparison compares
Thirteen criteria, checked on 8 October 2026 on rapid-ads.com, its pricing grid, its terms of service and its llms.txt file, against Apogee’s own product pages. Rapid Ads takes five, Apogee four, and four are tied.
We have not tested Rapid Ads: everything about it comes from what it publishes, and “not published” does not mean “absent”.
Two tools that do not target the same team
Rapid Ads does one thing: launch batches of creatives on Meta, with Advantage+ enhancements switched off. Its pricing follows the same logic, a $39 monthly subscription with no cap on uploads or ad accounts, plus $29 for each extra team member. It does not launch on TikTok Ads or Snapchat Ads, and its site says so.
Apogee covers Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads, bills per seat and bets on what happens before the launch: naming detection, testing structures, copy drawn from the creative itself by the Copywriting Agent, on Meta (Pro and Scale plans). After the launch, Autopilot queries the account.
If you only launch on Meta and your file names are already clean, Rapid Ads does the core of the job for less. The question is whether what Apogee adds around it is of use to you.
The arithmetic for your team
On price, the debate is short: Rapid Ads costs less in every case we worked out.
Alone on Meta, you pay $39 a month with Rapid Ads, or $389 a year. With Apogee, it is $75 a month, and $109 to get the Advantage+ controls, which Rapid Ads includes from its free tier up.
Three media buyers, including the subscription holder: $39 plus two members at $29, so $97 a month with Rapid Ads. Apogee bills three seats: $225 on Starter, $327 on Pro, whatever the number of Meta ad accounts. On annual billing, Apogee’s 25% discount narrows the gap without closing it.
Rapid Ads does not say on its pricing grid whether tax is included; Apogee’s prices are shown before tax. The arithmetic changes if you also buy on TikTok Ads or Snapchat Ads: Rapid Ads does not launch there, and the price of a second tool comes on top of its own.
Two ways to prepare a batch
Rapid Ads asks for your rules, then applies them. You define a naming convention, which it puts on every ad set and every creative. Ratios are read from file names (1x1, 4x5, 9x16), and the versions of one creative go into a single ad. For grouping, an agent takes an instruction in plain English, such as “5 ads per ad set, $20 cost cap, scheduled for midnight”, and applies it to the batch.
Apogee starts from what already exists. Naming detection reads your file names and works out the convention you use, concepts, iterations and formats included. The four structures set the unit you read the test by, and bulk configuration clones an ad set or ad that is already running.
If your convention is written down and stable, the gap is small. If it only lives in the heads of two media buyers, detection saves you from having to write it down.
What to check for yourself
The two published speed figures do not measure the same thing: 47 seconds to set up a launch with Apogee, for 1 creative as for 300; 8 minutes 39 seconds to launch 100 creatives with Rapid Ads, against 1 hour 57 minutes by hand, according to its own test. Do not set one against the other.
Two points Rapid Ads publishes are worth confirming with the vendor. Its llms.txt file lists a Rapid Lite plan at $19 a month for 50 uploads, which is missing from its pricing grid. It is also the only place on the site that mentions importing from Google Drive and Dropbox; the homepage only talks about drag and drop.
Then answer three questions:
- Will you launch on TikTok Ads or Snapchat Ads in the next twelve months?
- Do your file names already follow a written convention?
- How many people will launch ads?
A no to the first and a yes to the second: Rapid Ads covers the essentials, for less. In every other case, test both on the same batch, no credit card needed: 10 uploads on one side, 15 creatives on the other.
Frequently asked questions
What is Rapid Ads?
Rapid Ads is a web tool that launches ads in bulk on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) through Meta's Marketing API, switching off Advantage+ enhancements on every launch. An AI agent groups creatives into ad sets, your naming rules apply to every ad set and creative, and copy and UTMs go onto the whole batch. Rapid Ads does not launch on TikTok Ads or Snapchat Ads.
How much does Rapid Ads cost?
Rapid Ads costs $39 a month or $389 a year on its Rapid Launch plan, with unlimited uploads and ad accounts, according to its pricing grid checked on 8 October 2026. Each extra team member costs $29 a month, with no percentage of ad spend; the page does not say whether tax is included. A Rapid Lite plan at $19 a month for 50 uploads appears in its llms.txt file, not on its pricing grid. Apogee starts at $75 per seat, per month.
Does Rapid Ads have a free trial?
Yes, Rapid Ads gives away its first 10 uploads, no credit card, and its terms of service provide a full refund within 14 days of a purchase. Apogee gives 15 free creatives, no credit card, also valid on TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads, but does not refund a period already started.
Does Rapid Ads really turn Advantage+ off?
Rapid Ads says it switches off every Advantage+ enhancement on every ad it launches and keeps that setting from one launch to the next, from its free tier up. We have not checked this ourselves. Apogee exposes the eleven enhancements one by one, all off by default, on the Pro and Scale plans.
Does Rapid Ads work on TikTok Ads?
No, Rapid Ads only launches on Meta: its site states that it does not currently launch on TikTok, Snapchat or Google. Apogee launches on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads, with the Sales objective only on the last two.
Rapid Ads or Apogee, which one should I pick?
Rapid Ads suits someone who only launches on Meta and chooses on price first: $39 a month, Advantage+ switched off included. Apogee suits someone who also launches on TikTok Ads or Snapchat Ads, or wants the tool to work out their naming from file names and offer testing structures, for $75 per seat, per month.
